Contact
Write to me. Plain old email.
Two or three sentences about what's currently getting in the way are plenty. I usually reply within two working days — and if software is the wrong answer to your problem, I'll say so.

What helps — and what isn't needed
Helpful: what happens today, who is involved, and how you notice it ought to be better. A sense of scale — daily, or three times a year? — and whether there's a deadline you're working towards.
Not needed: a requirements document, an idea of the technical solution, or jargon. Describe it the way you'd explain it to a new colleague. I'll handle the technical translation.
Usually two working days
I don't read messages in real time, but I do read all of them. If it's urgent, say so — then I'll reshuffle.
Why there's no contact form here
This site consists of plain HTML files, with no server behind them processing your input. A form would need a third-party service reading along — for something your own email client does better. So, honestly: one address, one click.
Still unsure whether it's a fit?
Then have a look at how I work and how a project runs. That usually answers the question.
